Please carefully check for any damages or broken item at the time of delivery. Don't accept delivery if the item is broken or damaged and return it. No claims will be accepted once you have received the delivery and the driver left the premises.

Also, the delivery charges are highly dependent upon the size and weight and distance. Currently we are offering 39£ Flat Shipping for nationwide delivery on most of our orders. However, based on distance and size of order the delivery cost can be changed. We among all our delivery services make sure that we don’t have to compromise on our product quality.

Our courier service will inform you of the day and time of the delivery. Please make sure that at the time of delivery there is someone at the delivery address to receive the items or it will cost extra to attempt delivery again.

All of our glass products can have +/- 2mm 6mm of size tolerance based on glass type, size, thickness and according to industry standards.
