Please carefully check for any damages or broken item at the time of delivery. Don't accept delivery if the item is broken or damaged and return it. No claims will be accepted once you have received the delivery and the driver left the premises.

Shipping Policy

Our delivery time is 14 to 16 working days to reach the product at your doorstep. We try our best to deliver your order within a given time period. However due to fragile nature, glass can break or any other unpredictable circumstances may happen which can sometimes cause delays to deliver your order.

Also, the delivery charges are highly dependent upon the size and weight and distance. Currently we are offering 29£ Flat Shipping for nationwide delivery on most of our orders. However, based on distance and size of order the delivery cost can be changed. We among all our delivery services make sure that we don’t have to compromise on our product quality.
Our courier service will inform you of the day and time of the delivery. Please make sure that at the time of delivery there is someone at the delivery address to receive the items or it will cost extra to attempt delivery again.
